FASHION FILM FESTIVAL

7 editions ago, when national fashion films were still rare, Porto Fashion Week brought to Portugal the concept that was beginning to be explored in the biggest fashion weeks in the world: the Fashion Film Festival. The only one of its kind in Portugal, it aims to highlight the Fashion Film as a privileged audiovisual language to promote and disseminate the work of creators in the Fashion and Audiovisual industry, highlighting and rewarding the best works.

The categories National Fashion Films of Independent Author, Institutional, Brand, Technical Textiles, Alive Mobile and International Fashion Films remain, but in 2020 the category of Home Textiles is born, in homage to the Capital of this segment - Guimarães, which hosts the Festival for the second consecutive year.

At a time when humanity is cheering for a new breath, for a collective conscience of greater sustainability, the Festival promotes this concept, which is also synonymous of creativity.

Until September 13, 2020 take a deep breath and send us your Fashion film.

With its 15th edition about to get underway, Porto Fashion Week is the natural evolution of MODtissimo, the unique trade show of Portuguese Fabrics and Accessories, Clothing, Future Textiles and Tanning. Irreverently and innovatively positioned, Porto Fashion Week brings a series of parallel events to MODtissimo where does the Fashion Film Festival fit.
